I've enjoyed the craft of making images for over 40 years. While I stopped working as a professional photographer in 2005, I continue to enjoy the process of seeing new things, making great pictures and meeting new people. In recent years, I've discovered the challenge of photographing birds-of-prey, especially bald eagles, hawks, and osprey. For the last 3 years, I've spent time with Jack Hubley, a Master Falconer here in Pennsylvania who has allowed me to photograph his demonstrations with Harris Hawks, Peregrine falcons and Golden eagles... it's a real treat to watch him work with these magnificent birds! Other favorite subjects include birds in our backyard and wildlife. I look forward to photographing air shows featuring military performers at some point in the future...

I have been shooting digital since the mid-90's and use Canon digital cameras and lenses.

As I continue to find new subjects, embrace new techniques and improve my skills and technique, I will post my best results here... Thank you for visiting and enjoy!
